Submitting the enquiry form does not create an order. BUTLER TRADING LTD will confirm availability and provide a quote, and the order is agreed directly with the customer.

Pricing

All prices are guide prices. Final pricing depends on size, flavour, design and level of personalisation.

Changes and cancellations

Changes to a confirmed order, including date, size, flavour or design, are subject to availability and may affect the price. Cancellation terms are agreed at the time of order.

Allergens and ingredients

Cakes and bakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including gluten, eggs, dairy and nuts. Allergen and ingredient information is provided where accurate product information is available — please raise any dietary requirement before confirming your order.

Design references

Inspiration images are used as a guide. Each cake is handmade, so small variations in finish, colour and decoration are normal.
